ELIZA OHMAN She/Her (Associate/ Educator/ Performer) is a NYC based artist with over a decade of professional experience as a performer, choreographer, and educator. Since joining the The New Jack Cole Dancers in 2024 she’s performed in their gala, developed new works, assisted Cam, and taught for the company’s annual London program. She is passionate about the work and grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with the company as a company member, associate, and teaching artist.
As a performer, Eliza’s experience spans from THE RADIO CITY CHRISTMAS SPECTACULAR music videos, television spots, and Broadway. She joined HAMILTON in 2016 as the first ever female Universal Swing and later Dance Captain, assisted in setting the 1st and 2nd National Tours, and opened the International Company of HAMILTON in Manila, Abu Dhabi, and Singapore. Working closely with HAMILTON's creative team has been one of the greatest privileges of her career and led to many other collaborations including FOSSE/VERDON (FX), UP HERE (Hulu), THE MET GALA: IN AMERICA, and more. She was part of the Chita Rivera Award winning Ensemble of Drew McOnie’s KING KONG: ALIVE ON BROADWAY (OBC) and was also the Asst. Dance Captain. In addition to performing, Eliza is Carrie-Anne Ingrouille’s US Associate Choreographer for SIX: The Musical, on faculty at NYC’s Steps on Broadway, and works with the Verdon Fosse Legacy to ensure Gwen Verdon and Bob Fosse’s work is both kept alive and passed down with the authenticity, context, and nuance with which it was originally created.
She is an enthusiastic educator and loves watching artists find a greater sense of self through their movement. As a Level Two Certified practitioner of Andrew Byrne’s The Singing Athlete, she incorporates functional applied neuroscience to increase strength, stability, clarity, range of motion, and artistry. Understanding the power of the body’s diaphragms and how targeted, individualized brain based drills can transform an artist’s work has revolutionized her teaching.
But more than anything, Eliza is an obsessively passionate fan of the Denver Nuggets and the Denver Broncos. Her love (and stress) for them knows no bounds. Her Nuggets dream is to sit Courtside with enough frequency that the players think, “Oh that loud, enthusiastic girl is back.” She welcomes any and all assistance with said dream.

CURTIS HOWARD He/Him (Creative Producer) is an NYC-based actor, dancer, theatre maker, and dedicated sourdough baker. He is a creative producer for COLE JAZZ and a founding member of its Theater Dance Company, The Jack Cole Dancers. His passion is telling dance stories about dance people, and he calls his work “dancing plays,” where the choreography is as much of a language as the spoken words.
He had just started his love affair with producing when the quarantine happened. With nothing to do, he saw an opportunity to return to school in theCUNY Baccalaureate Program, where he custom designed a BA in the Business of Dance Production; since graduating in May 2022, he’s been active in the off and off-off Broadway theatre world. He’s directed and choreographed with Village Verein Orchestra at Alchemical Studios and The Tank (STRAVINSKI’S A SOLDIER’S TALE), been a production manager on Theatre Row (RELAPSE), a tech director at ART/NY (POWERLINE ROAD, SHADOWS), and a theatre manager at Theatre 555.
His blue-sky dream is to have a multi-theatre complex in the LIC/Astoria Area of Queens, where he can develop bio-dance pieces for stage, TV, and film.

JULIA HARNETT She/Her (Creative Consultant) is a dynamic triple threat who began performing at the age of four. Early training consisted of exclusively ballet (Royal Academy of Dance), whilst later adding jazz (Jack Cole/ Fosse), Scottish highland dance, musical theatre, contemporary, and competitive dancesport (ballroom and latin).

Never one to shy away from her emotions, Julia was also involved heavily in the drama department of her high school and local theatre community, and went on to work for theatres across Canada and the United States, with principal and ensemble roles in GUYS & DOLLS (Kennedy Center), A CHRISTMAS STORY (Center Theatre Group -The Ahmanson), CHICAGO (The Fulton Theatre), and IN THE HEIGHTS (Arts Club Theatre - Vancouver). It wasn’t long before the television and film industry started calling her name, and Julia soon began working national television commercial spots as a principal actor, choreographer, and dancer for Glade, Hershey’s, Scotiabank, Lexus, Nikon, Party City, Del Taco, and Time Warner Cable.

Building on these opportunities, Julia soon discovered a love for being in front of (and behind) the camera, and secured principal, supporting, co-starring and choreography roles in the television series and films (selected): BILLIONS (Showtime), SCHMIGADOON - seasons 1 & 2 (AppleTv+), JETT (HBO Max), POWER (Starz), THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT (HBOMax), THE CREW (NETFLIX), SUPERGIRL (CW), TOMMY (CBS), PSYCH (USA), ONCE UPON A TIME (ABC), HOLIDAY SPIN (Lifetime), MINORITY REPORT (FOX), and CHRISTMAS WALTZ (Hallmark). Julia has also delved into the independent film industry, booking her favorite role to date; the lead in the award winning, directorial musical debut of Jesse L. Martin, and Rick Cosnett’s THE LETTER CARRIER.

A proud USA/Canadian dual citizen, Julia enjoys working on both sides of the border, and is thrilled to produce, perform, and pass on the art.
